A Hand Made Christmas PB inspired NOEL

 Buenos días !!! Estoy feliz! Otro de los maravillosos blogs a los que sigo y de los que participo en sus fiestas ha mencionado mi cajón reciclado! Gracias Kristi de I Should BeMopping the Floor!!!!

Tengo tantas cositas que he estado haciendo y me gustaría compartir con ustedes que estoy aprovechando para postear antes que los niños empiecen sus mini vacaciones esta semana.

Este es el famoso cartel del Pottery Barn, archivisto por toda la blogosfera, pero a mi me sigue gustando muchísimo.

Y decidí inspirarme en él para hacer uno a mi estilo:

Primero imprimí una pagina con notas musicales, la pegue con decoupage a un lienzo, y luego lo envejecí, como no, con Betún de Judea… (Me estaré volviendo adicta al betún?)  

Mientras se secaba pinte unas letras con acrílico negro y les di unos toques con gris y rojo, apenitas.

Luego, las pegué imitando la forma de PB et voilá!

A Hand Made Christmas – Crate transformation

Como les comentaba en postes anteriores (aquí y aquí), en casa queremos hacer de esta Navidad una Navidad Hand Made, con lo que tenemos por casa, con lo que encontramos en la calle, o en el bosque…

Así fue como un día que el camión de basura no pasó por Madrid y me encontré unos cuantos cajones de frutas, yo feliz como una perdiz los cargué en el coche pensando todo lo que podía hacer con ellos!!!

Uno de ellos se transformó en esto:

Lo pinté de rojo y lo envejecí un poquito con betún de Judea.

Le agregué las ramitas que me habían quedado de nuestro paseo del fin de semana pasado en el bosque y algunas piñas.

Como lo veía un poco tristón le puse unas velas.

 Seguía sin convencerme demasiado, así que para que sea de Navidad de la buena le puse unas luces que me sobraron del arbolito.

Y colorín colorado el cuento del cajoncito de fruta ha terminado.

 En la semana les contaré qué fue de la vida de los otros cajones…

 Antes que nada quiero agradecer a la maravillosa Jann de HAVE A DAILY CUP OF MRS. OLSON por mencionarme en su blog, siempre participo en sus fiestas.

First of all I want to thank the wonderful Jann of  HAVE A DAILY CUP OF MRS. OLSON for mention me in her blog I always participate in their parties.  

Para estas Navidades hemos pensado que estaría bien hacer nuestros propios arreglos, una Navidad hecha a mano o Hand Made Christmas.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, todos colaborando, cortando, pegando, eligiendo los motivos, pintando y preparándonos para esta época tan linda. 

Buscamos el modelo de una bolsita para hacer en papel en internet, no recuerdo de que pagina, así que solo va esta foto.

 Recortamos muchas, las pegamos con cola y con servilletas fuimos eligiendo los motivos para pegarles a cada una.

Así fue quedando:

Finalmente, agregamos los números, unos chocolates y una buena acción que debemos hacer cada día para prepararnos para la Navidad. Cosas simples pero que nos permiten reflexionar y agradecer lo que tenemos.

Lo colgamos en la pared con unos bonitos broches de la ropa. Y así quedo finalmente!
